The Superbar Crema simply delights with its beautiful mouthfeel and chocolatey taste. The blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans is, as is very typical for Joerges, roasted separately in the traditional drum roasting process. Separate roasting means that each bean variety is roasted individually, which is particularly important for blends with different bean sizes. Due to the dark roast, the beans develop a pleasantly intense aroma that lingers on the tongue for a long time.
Also characteristic of this blend are its nutty and woody aromas, with the nutty nuances standing out once again in the finish and caressing the palate. What, on the other hand, delights the eyes is the breathtaking crema, which also gives this blend its name. It comes out firm and very creamy and has a fabulous, dark brown color.
